The St. Louis Blues defeated the Chicago Blackhawks 3-1 on Saturday night. With the win, the Blues have clinched home-ice advantage in the first round of the NHL Playoffs as the number four seed in the Western Conference. The Blues will be playing the Los Angeles Kings, the reigning Stanley Cup Champions and a rematch of last year's Western Conference semifinal. The Los Angeles Kings defeated the San Jose Sharks 3-2 on Saturday night for their right to play the Blues in the first round. Jaden Schwartz carried the Blues in Saturday's win over the Blackhawks scoring two goals in the game as he ended the regular season with seven goals. Patrik Berglund got the scoring started for the Blues four minutes into the first period as that was Berglund's 17th goal of the season.
