Dallas Stars center Mike Ribeiro has been placed on injured reserve with a lower body injury. The move is retroactive to Jan. 7 when Ribeiro suffered the injury during a 4-1 win over Edmonton. Ribeiro had appeared in 11 games prior to being hurt, scoring seven goals with five assists. He has seven points on the power play, second on the team. The Stars travel to play the St. Louis Blues on Monday night.
