After missing yesterday's practice with a sore foot due a blocked shot Thursday night in Carolina, Derek Stepan says he is "ready to rock" tonight in Tampa.Also at the optional practice, Pat Leonard reports that John Mitchell is wearing a visor after taking a puck off the face on Thursday, Mike Rupp skated during the optional with a non-contact jersey and Marc Staal skated on his own after the practice....now that's what you call a great injury update.Remember to follow me on Twitter & Facebook or e-mail me at nyrfan94@yahoo.com.
