Steve Palumbo: Western Conference Quarterfinals Predictions + Ducks Lose Draft Lottery

Just a quick Anaheim Ducks note before my predictions. The NHL held the draft lottery last night and of course the Oilers won. They will draft first for the third consecutive season - hardly seems fair. Anyway, that means the Ducks stay put with the sixth pick. I suspect Anaheim will draft a player that fits an organizational need rather than the best player available. Just my thought....
