Canucks claim goaltender Leevi Meriläinen off NHL waivers

The Vancouver Canucks have made their first waiver claim of the season. On Friday, GM Ryan Johnson announced that the club has claimed goaltender Leevi Meriläinen off waivers from the Ottawa Senators.
