Red Wings prospect Riley Sheahan reportedly had a .3o blood alcohol content when he was arrest late last month by Grand Rapids Police. This is according to Peter J. Wallner of Mlive.com.
The .30 level blown by Sheahan was four times the legal limit and almost twice the amount to be considered ‘super drunk’ in the State of Michigan.
But it doesn’t end there for the 20 year old Sheahan who was the Red Wings’ top pick in the 2010 draft.
According to the same Mlive.com report, when Sheahan was arrested he was reportedly carrying the ID of fellow teammate and Wings prospect Brendan Smith (who is 23 years old) and wearing a purple Tinky-Winky costume of the once popular Teletubbies children’s television show.
“Riley had a Michigan driver’s license in the license window in his wallet, which is what Officer Dyer used as his ID. Deputies found Riley’s Canadian license in the wallet after it was turned in with his property and he kept telling them his name was Riley.
