After a strong, promising rookie season, Brandon Yip found himself on NHL waivers Wednesday.
Well, today surely contains one of the more intriguing moves from David Poile (sans Jan Hlavac, at the time of his pick-up). Brandon Yip, recently put on waivers from Colorado, was claimed by Nashville today along with Jerred Smithson being activated from the good ‘ol Injured Reserve list.
