Senators place Leevi Merilainen on waivers

It was announced Thursday afternoon that the Ottawa Senators had placed goaltender Leevi Merilainen on waivers. This is not at all where the Senators imagined the 24-year-old goaltender would be after his otherworldly play in 2024-25, going 8-3-1 with a .925 SV%.
