An NBC commercial promoting the NHL season opener between the Pittsburgh Penguins and Philadelphia Flyers got its facts mixed up by claiming that the Penguins defeated the Flyers in last year's playoffs. The ad sells the game with this:

NBC is off to an awesome start with their hockey coverage this year. Via Puck Daddy:

Ten bucks says NBC got their results from the script Bettman wrote for last season and not from what actually happened.
