It is past the half way point in the 2010/11 NHL season and I will be giving my mid-season grades for the players of the Toronto Maple Leafs.
In today’s blog I will look at three Maple Leafs’ forwards who certainly have had their struggles at times this season.
Clarke MacArthur (B-) – MacArthur’s grade was a tough to calculate this time, as his performance this season has been an up and down roller coaster ride. There have been a couple times this season where MacArthur would only record 1 or 2 point if that over a stretch of eight games, then go off on a point streak. As of late, MacArthur’s production has been fantastic, 5 goals and 4 assists in the last 5 games. MacArthur is not on pace to pass or even equal his 62 point career mark of last season, but he should end up around with around 45- 50 points.
