One thing you can always count on after a Bruins shootout loss is Tuukka Rask going into full Tuukkamania rage mode. He’s done it so many times that you’d think he’d have it perfected at this point. Guess not…back to the drawing board.
BEST OF MAXIM
Last night, the Boston Bruins fell to the Montreal Canadiens by the score of 6-5 in a shoot-out and it appears that Boston goalie Tuukka Rask was not pleased with losing in a shoot-out.
As Rask was making his way to the Bruins bench from the goalie, he ended swinging his stick at the open bench door.
Then, he lost his balance and gave us this classic GIF seen below:
The Boston Bruins lost to the Montreal Canadiens in a shootout after leading by a score of 4-2 after two periods. The Bruins weren't very happy with the result (obviously), but no one displayed their frustration quite like Tuukka Rask.
Rask decided to take out his frustration by swinging his stick at the boards as he skated off the ice. The result went about as well as the...
Sure, Wednesday night’s game sucked. It sucked a lot. The Boston Bruins are officially currently the third best team in the Eastern Conference and no amount of talk about “games in hand” or the hot start can change that fact. This team had issues, notably with depth scoring and defense. Bruins general manager Peter Chiarelli fixed one of those issues late Wednesday night/early...
Aaron Ward is reporting that Jarome Arthur-Leigh Adekunle Tig Junior Elvis Iginla is now a Boston Bruins:

Word is Bruins gave up two eggs and a bag of flour for Iggy... or in modern speak Matt Bartkowski, Alex Khokhlachev & a 1st round pick.
Unconfirmed but BOS-CGY appears...
BOSTON — Walking into TD Garden on Wednesday night, you couldn’t help but feel spring. The sun was still up, splashing the Zakim Bridge with fans scurrying about getting their pizza and beer fix before heading into the big concrete building on Causeway.
It felt like playoff hockey.
That feeling only intensified soon thereafter as the latest installment of Bruins-Canadiens was...
Tweet The Boston Bruins defeated the Toronto Maple Leafs with an exciting shootout victory on Monday night. However, the real highlight from the game wasn’t hockey-related at all. At one point in the game and for unknown reasons, Bruins assistant coach Geoff Ward decided to take out his earpiece and toss it behind him. This [...]
The Bruins made a surprise pickup on Wednesday when they added former Senator Kaspars Daugavins (yes, that Kaspars Daugavins) after claiming him off of waivers. The Senators placed the 24-year-old forward on waivers on Monday.
It’s a low-risk, cheap move by B’s GM Peter Chiarelli that has the potential to give the Bruins roster a bit more depth on the bottom half. Daugavins...
The Boston Bruins believed they had made a deal to obtain Jarome Iginla before the Calgary Flames traded their captain to the Pittsburgh Penguins.
Bruins general manager Peter Chiarelli says he was told by Flames general manager Jay Feaster at about noon on Wednesday that he had ''won the Jarome Iginla sweepstakes.''
But Chiarelli said on Thursday that shortly before...
With the NHL trade deadline one week away, the Boston Bruins decided to add some depth by claiming forward Kasapars Daugavins off waivers from the Ottawa Senators on Wednesday. Daugavins, who recently scored his first goal of the season in a recent meeting against the Bruins, is expected to join the team after he works out some visa issues. He is regarded as being a very likable...
8 a.m. ET: This one has been circled on the calendar since March 3. That was the night that the Canadiens came into Boston and beat the Bruins 4-3 in one of the most entertaining games all year.
Much of the entertainment came off of the ice, though, when Bruins head coach Claude Julien criticized and accused the Habs for diving and embellishing. It was just another chapter in the...
Boston claims Daugavin off Ottawa
— Pierre LeBrun (@Real_ESPNLeBrun) March 27, 2013
If you don't remember, Daugavins was this dude:
And then after the game David Krejci was all like:
“I wouldn’t like it if someone on my team tried that move."
Daugavins has 3 points in 19 games with the Senators...
