The Minnesota Wild have recalled forwards David McIntyre and Casey Wellman from the Houston Aeros and reassigned center Warren Peters and defenseman Nate Prosser to Houston. The team also activated defenseman Greg Zanon off of the Injured Reserve List today. McIntyre, 24 (2487), has recorded 11 points (7-4=11), 27 penalty minutes (PIM) and a plus-5 rating in 20 games with the Aeros this season. He recorded 30 points (12-18=30) and 51 penalty minutes (PIM) in 78 games during his first professional season for the Albany Devils (AHL) in 2010-11. The 6-foot, 194-pound native of Oakville, Ont., played four seasons at Colgate University (2006-10) and collected 131 points (56-75=131) and 227 PIM in 151 contests. Following the completion of his collegiate career he skated in 12 regular season games with the Lowell Devils in 2009-10 and tallied five points (3-2=5).
