The Canadiens are talking to the La Kings regarding Dustin Penner (e4). I am surprised at this, and would be pretty shocked were anything to come of this rumor, HOWEVER there are two sources, one with the Kings, one with Habs, who confirm discussions...so at least it is worth noting and I will continue to track this...
