Philly Sports World was at Citizens Bank Park for the NHL’s Bridgestone Winter Classic Alumni Game.  45,860 fans came out to watch the Flyers and Rangers alumni teams square off.  Here are some highlights of the night.

 

Bobby Clarke of the Philadelphia Flyers prepares to take the opening faceoff. The Opening Faceoff. The Flyers famous LCB (Leach,Clarke,Barber) line faces off against Adam Graves and Mark Messier of the New York Rangers Alumni team. Flyers Great Eric Lindros made a triumphant return to Philadelphia. Flyers fans welcomed him back with a thunderous ovation. Eric Lindros and former Legion of Doom linemate, John LeClair connect on the game's opening goal. Just like the old days. Mark Recchi, John LeClair, Eric Desjardins and Eric Lindros skate toward the bench after LeClair's goal. Similar Posts:
