Larry Brooks at the New York Post reports that Wojtek Wolski will replace Brandon Dubinsky (shoulder) in the line-up tonight against the Senators. If you remember the last time Wolski was in a Rangers uniform against the Ottawa Senators he did this to Daniel Alfredsson...And Dave Lozo at NHL.com thinks the Senators will be looking for retribution tonight.Wolski was not suspended for the hit...Wolski is officially out of the tub....obviously, the Senators haven't watched film of the hit, because that was not dirty. And if they want to go after Wolski they'll have to deal with Rupp and Prust.Remember to follow me on Twitter & Facebook or e-mail me at nyrfan94@yahoo.com.

According to Andrew Gross at Ranger Rants Brandon Dubinsky will miss his second straight game (right shoulder), while Martin Biron will get his 11th start of the season tonight against the Toronto Maple Leafs. Possible Conditioning Stint for Wolski & EC

Andrew Gross at the Bergen Record reported last night that John Tortorella is contemplating assigning both Wojtek Wolski and Erik Christensen to the CT Whale for conditioning stints..."I'm not saying we have to get him in because I like some things that are going on with our team right now," Tortorella said specifically of Wolski. Jan Levine: Game 41: NYR-OTT, Midway Pt, Revenge on Wolski?, All-Stars in Town

The Rangers welcome in the All-Stars (as Carp so eloquently put it) facing the Ottawa Senators on Thursday. Normally a game against the Senators would have some mild subplots, but tonight there a few big ones. 1) Wolski and Alfredsson. In the second game of the season, Wojtek Wolski delivered an unpenalized elbow to Alfredsson's head. Since then, Ottawa has spoken about possibly...

Halfway There Report Card: The Top Six Forwards

When you’re a team sitting at the top of the NHL standings there’s usually not much to moan about. The Rangers have been blessed with production and top quality performances from all over the roster including the top six. A team cannot win consistently if it doesn’t get production from its key guys and the Rangers have been getting it. To the grades… Marian Gaborik. In December...

Pregame: Rangers Seek Improvement Against Leafs

The New York Rangers cannot win every game on their schedule, and everyone knows that, but Thursday's 3-0 loss to the Ottawa Senators at Madison Square Garden was unacceptable. By climbing to the top of the standings with repeated winning streaks, the Rangers have set the expectations ultra high for themselves this season. Therefore, losing a game in which they had opportunity...

All-stars come to MSG tomorrow

Yes, surely the best team in all of hockey, the Ottawa Senators, will be at the Garden tomorrow. The best team in hockey has four of the six players voted onto the all-star roster, for the Jan. 29 all-star game in Ottawa (well, actually in Kanata, Ontario, about 40 traffic-jammed minutes outside of Canada’s capital city). The remaining all-stars—those not swept in by ballot...

It’s Go Time!

Game 40. Hard to believe just about half a season has gone by. Ya boys return from their little hiatus on a four-game winning streak, with wins in nine of the last 10 and still in first place in the Patrick Division, in the Eastern Conference and in the whole National freakin’ Hockey League. Same lineup. That means Erik Christensen, Wojtek Wolski and Jeff Woywitka are all...
