It has been been a little over a month since Pittsburgh Penguins prospects participated in the 2013 Development Camp. After another successful camp, many of the prospects will reunite to participate in the 2013 rookie tournament, which will be held in London, Ontario this year. In fact, it will be in the home rink of the OHL’s London Knights. Olli Maatta, Scott Harrington, and Reid McNeill, who have all played for the Knights, will be participating in the tournament. Other promising young players like Derrick Pouliot, Tristan Jarry, Eric Hartzell, and Brian Dumoulin have also been invited. Here is the full roster: Centers Jean-Sebastien Dea Jayson Megna Matia Marcantuoni Left Wingers Bobby Farnham Tom Kuhnhackl Connor Rankin Scott Simmonds Cody Sylvester Dominik Uher Right Wingers Cameron Brace Richard Nejezchleb Adam Payerl Liam O’Brien Carter Rowney Defensemen Nick D’Agostino Brian Dumoulin Scott Harrington Olli Maatta Reid McNeil Derrick Pouliot Harrison Ruopp Phillip Samuelsson Clark Seymour Goaltenders Eric Hartzell Tristan Jarry Matt Murray John Hynes and Alain Nasreddine will coach the team. The team will play three games in the tournament.
