Minnesota Wild’s Kyle Brodziak takes skate to the face
Minnesota Wild center Kyle Brodziak saw teammate Darroll Powe’s skate size 12 Nike skate up close and personally during the first period of Tuesday’s game against the Nashville Predators. Powe was toppling over and clipped Brodziak on the way down. Brodziak was cut, but it wasn’t nearly as nasty as it could have been. Here’s video of the potentially...

A CLOSE SHAVE
Wild player's face sliced by teammate's skate
Taking a hockey skate to the face sucks, just ask the Minnesota Wild’s Kyle Brodziak.
During last nights 2-1shoot-out loss to the Nashville Predators, the Wild’s Kyle Brodziak got a face full of teammate Darroll Powe’s skate blade. As you would expect the blood flowed off Brodziak’s cheek, but not enough to keep him off the ice for an extended period of time...

Kyle Brodziak's Hit On Anze Kopitar
I think the Wild forward Kyle Brodziak was given an excessive and incorrect penalty, he didn't drive him head first into the boards. Brodziacks hit on the Kings Anze Kopitar wasn't from behind, it was a shoulder to shoulder hit. Frankly, I was surprised by the call. What do you think?
