Zach Redmond, who was cut by teammate Antti Miettinen’s skate during a practice at PNC Arena in Raleigh on Feb. 21, has made a “miraculous” recovery, Jets team physician Dr. Peter MacDonald told the Winnipeg Free Press.
And he’s got the cool scar to prove it, as seen below.

Jets sign defenseman Jacob Trouba
The Winnipeg Jets signed defenseman Jacob Trouba to a contract on Tuesday.
The 19-year-old played 37 games with the University of Michigan during the 2012-13 season.
Trouba, from Rochester, Mich., had 12 goals, 17 assists and 88 penalty minutes in that span.
