Former NASCAR driver Tony Stewart's Hidden Hollow Ranch, a sprawling 415-acre property located about 45 minutes south of Indianapolis, has returned to the market with a significant price reduction of $7.5 million, according to Mansion Global

The ranch, named after markings found on a tin by Stewart, was last listed in March 2023 for $30 million but is now listed with Carrie Holle of Compass at $22.5 million.

The property, known for its unique main house and expansive grounds, has garnered viral attention in the past due to its remarkable features. The nearly 20,000-square-foot main house, built by Stewart and completed in 2011, features an array of impressive amenities, including a 1,500-gallon stream filled with koi fish, a waterfall, and an 8,700-gallon, two-story freshwater aquarium surrounded by rock formations and taxidermied animals.

One of the standout features of the property is the 8,700-gallon aquarium, which is cleaned by a Bass Pro Shop employee dubbed "the mermaid" every other week. Additionally, the property boasts a wildlife caretaker who lives in a smaller log cabin near the main gate and breeds deer, elk, turkeys, and other wildlife that roam the fenced area.

Outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate the 9-acre manmade lake stocked with trophy bass, as well as the licensed hunting preserve with walking paths over the property's rolling hills.

The lower level of the house features a two-lane bowling alley, a golf simulator room, an arcade, and an onyx-backlit bar, making it the ultimate man cave.

Throughout the house, the focus is on American materials and craftsmanship, with custom antler chandeliers from Utah, lodgepole pine logs from the Northern Rockies, and a custom-made inlaid mosaic backsplash from Kansas.

While Hidden Hollow Ranch was once Stewart's main residence, according to Holle, he is no longer able to spend enough time there to justify keeping it.

Holle remarked, "It is a lot to maintain if you aren't there."

The property offers a unique blend of luxury amenities and natural beauty, making it a truly exceptional estate.

Holle is confident the property will change hands with this relisting.

“The first time that we listed this, it really went crazy. It went viral,” Holle said. “We had over 650 million organic views on it. It was insane the amount of exposure and publicity this got, maybe because of Tony, maybe because of the uniqueness of this piece of land.”

Holly went on to say that she classifies the current price reduction as a "fabulous value."
