Aston Villa manager Emery offers mixed news on Cash and Ramsey

Aston Villa manager Unai Emery has given an update on the fitness of Jacob Ramsey.

The Midlands club are fairly healthy as they go into the last stretch of this season.

As they chase a top four spot, Emery confirmed he may be able to call on Ramsey this weekend.

Emery said: "Bad news with Matty Cash after he had an injury playing with his national team.

He came back with a small injury. He is not available. Maybe two or three weeks (he will return).

"Ramsey is progressing well, we are going to train today, this afternoon, and will decide if he can help us or not tomorrow."
