Barcelona coach Xavi: Players know now not time for transfer talk

Barcelona coach Xavi has told his players to focus on the job a hand.

Barca meet Real Sociedad tonight pushing for a second-place finish.

With the futures of many of his players in doubt, Xavi said: "I tell them that we are the ones who are here until the end. There are two weeks left to finish the season and everyone's goal is to finish second.

"I understand that everyone talks about transferable or non-transferable, but now there are no transferables because it is time to be together and achieve second place.

"In the same way as if we had the opportunity to win LaLiga or another competition. We must be professional. We have a goal, even if it is minimal, of finishing second. The team has trained well."
