Joey Barton has no regrets over his move to Marseille at a time when it continues to appear as if the transfer could become permanent. The midfielder is on loan in France from Queens Park Rangers, who have indicated they may be prepared to sell their former captain after he was issued with a 12-match domestic ban. Barton has himself admitted he would stay with Marseille if possible and he is certainly enjoying life with the Ligue 1 club. "Coming to Marseille is one of the best decisions I've taken," he said.
