Bournemouth boss Andoni Iraola says they were deserved winners at Wolves.

Antoine Semenyo struck for the 1-0 win, with Milos Kerkez seeing red in the second-half.

Iraola said, "I think we really deserved the win.

"We were really good for 60 or 65 minutes. From there it became about refereeing decisions, we finished with 10-men but managed to finish the job.

"We pressed really well. We played a lot of time in their half and got into dangerous positions but we were always thinking we need a second goal.

"After the red card we had to concede more space and become more compact to win the game in the end.

On whether VAR was right to rule out Hwang Hee-chan's goal, he added: "I think it was a foul on [Justin] Kluivert. The foul prevents him from being involved in the defensive play."

On the sending off for Kerkez, he continued: "I have complaints.

"I don't think it's fair a player can miss three games because of this. I think it's a yellow card.

"It's just one foot and he bends the knees at the end to try and stop. I think the club is going to appeal this.

"We have 45 points. We want to keep adding points.

"We have some difficult games to end the season, we have Brighton waiting at the weekend and we know they are always difficult to play."
