Sure, Chris Wondolowski can be a mouthful to say (a lot people just call him “Wondo”). But, jeez, you only have to spell it one letter at a time, equipment manager guy. Not like the jersey snafu was a bad thing for the Earthquakes striker; he had a hat trick before halftime in the USMNT’s Gold Cup opener vs. Belize. So, maybe he ought to just go by Wondowlowski from now on.

For the USA/Belize soccer game, Chris Wondolowski’s name was spelled wrong on the back of his jersey. In the first half, his jersey had an extra W on it and said Wondowloswki. It should be noted that despite his name being spelled wrong, he scored three goals in the first half.
