Everton outcast Dele Alli's future will be a talking point for the club in the coming months.

The former Tottenham midfielder is on his way to a full recovery from injury and mental health issues.

Alli, who has only played 13 games for the Toffees, will be hoping to earn a pay as you play deal.

I'm signed to Everton so I think it'd be disrespectful to say anything else while I'm here," he stated on Sky Sports recently.

They've been so amazing with me and I don't know if it's off the cards being there next season so I won't talk about any of that because they've been amazing and I don't know the details of the situation but I want to stay in the Premier League and be at the highest level and playing against the best players."

He added: It's exciting. Some players might panic and think, 'I'm out of contract in the summer' but this is a great opportunity to show myself and show what an amazing story it has been and what it's going to continue to be. Going through this just means that when I do get back to the top it'll be even better so I just want to get there."
