Lazio sporting director Angelo Fabiani can't guarantee Daichi Kamada staying.

The Japan midfielder only arrived in the summer from Eintracht Frankfurt, but has struggled for minutes this season.

Asked about Kamada's situation and also coach Maurizio Sarri's contract, Fabiani was coy.

He told Radiosei: "I think it's early to talk about Sarri's renewal, Kamada is mortified because he isn't able to give what he could give. We would like to keep him, but I don't foresee the future."

On contract talks with two more players, Fabiani added: "As far as (Felipe) Anderson is concerned, we have done what we have to do. It's up to him to decide what to do. We are ready to renew. The same goes for (Mattia) Zaccagni."
