Liverpool, AC Milan tracking Bayer Leverkusen defender Hincapie

Liverpool are among several teams around Europe who are closely monitoring Piero Hincapie of Bayer Leverkusen.

Serie A sides AC Milan and AS Roma are very interested in the young defender.

Per DSport, Liverpool, RB Leipzig, and West Ham have also made their interest known.

The Reds may be favorites, but will have to fend off competition to secure Hincapie's signature.

In addition, the player has a release clause of 70 million, which would make any deal very expensive.

Liverpool have already invested heavily in their squad over the summer, but are in the market for a defender.
