Swansea have agreed a record £5.5m deal for Valencia winger Pablo Hernandez, 27, as a possible replacement for Scott Sinclair who is being tracked by Manchester City. Aston Villa have made a late move to sign Lazio striker Mauro Zarate, 25, France and Lyon keeper Hugo Lloris is set to complete a £12m move to Spurs . Manchester City midfielder Nigel De Jong could be on his way to AC Milan in an £8m deal. Southampton are ready to make a £6m move for Middlesbrough central defender Rhys Williams. Reading will make a £4m bid for Crystal Palace star Wilfried Zaha, who is rated at £8m by the Championship side. Blackburn will have to pay a club record £10m to land Huddersfield Town striker Jordan Rhodes. Ipswich are in talks with former Rangers defender Kirk Broadfoot who has been released from his contract. Former Chelsea striker Didier Drogba could be on his way to Italian giants Juventus . Chelsea defender John Terry says he is fit for England's World Cup qualifier double-header with Moldova and Ukraine, after missing Chelsea's win over Newcastle with a neck injury. THE SUN Wayne Rooney has vowed to stay and fight for his future at Manchester United after being linked with a move away. Liverpool will sign Athletic Bilbao striker Fernando Llorente if they can sell Andy Carroll. Manchester City are on the verge of signing Fiorentina defender Matija Nastasic for £12m and are also in talks with Benfica over £25m-rated midfielder Javi Garcia. El-Hadji Diouf, 31, will move to either St Etienne or Lorient in France if Leeds fail to offer him a two-year deal. DAILY STAR Wayne Rooney has denied he is set to leave Manchester United despite being left on the bench against Fulham last weekend. Arsene Wenger has begged Theo Walcott to stay at Arsenal and become his new Robin van Persie. West Ham midfielder Mark Noble tops Fulham's shopping list, with Liverpool midfielder Charlie Adam and Sunderland striker Fraizer Campbell also on their radar after the sale of Moussa Dembele to Spurs. DAILY MAIL West Ham will launch a final attempt to sign Liverpool striker Andy Carroll, 23, before the window closes, which would allow the Reds to move for Arsenal striker Theo Walcott. Manchester City have made a formal £6.2m bid for Swansea's 23-year-old winger Scott Sinclair. QPR have launched a £9m bid for Real Madrid midfielder Esteban Granero. West Ham striker Carlton Cole is wanted by Turkish side Trabzonspor. Stephen Ireland, 26, is targeting a new Aston Villa deal after being handed a lifeline at the club by new manager Paul Lambert. Meanwhile, Villa will sign Chesterfield striker Jordan Bowery, 21, for £1m. Everton are discussing a potential £1m move for Kilmarnock's 17-year-old striker Matthew Kennedy. DAILY EXPRESS Chelsea and Spurs are battling it out to sign Marseille striker Loic Remy who is rated at £15m. Liverpool have told striker Andy Carroll to accept that his career at Anfield is over and leave in the current transfer window as the Reds look to fund moves for Theo Walcott and Clint Dempsey. THE TELEGRAPH Liverpool will bid for Arsenal and England winger Theo Walcott if they can offload striker Andy Carroll, with West Ham the only serious bidder. Meanwhile, Reds midfielder Charlie Adam is the subject of a £5m bid from Stoke which would fund a move for Fulham striker Clint Dempsey. Fulham themselves will rival Juventus and Fiorentina in the battle to sign Manchester United frontman Dimitar Berbatov. Hamburg hope to clinch the signing of Rafael van der Vaart from Spurs after making a renewed offer. Aston Villa have made a third and final bid of £5.5m for Genk striker Christian Benteke. THE GUARDIAN Manchester City will step up their interest in Inter Milan's 31-year-old defender Maicon before the transfer window closes. THE TIMES Spurs have made a renewed approach for Porto midfielder Joao Moutinho who is valued at £25m, and are also in the running for Marseille striker Loic Remy. Arsenal have stepped up their interest in Manchester City striker Edin Dzeko who is valued at £18m. Wigan have edged ahead of Reading in the race to sign Marseille striker Jordan Ayew. Former Liverpool winger Ryan Babel has been offered to Aston Villa, Swansea and Reading for a cut-price £2m by German side Hoffenheim.
