Man City defender Ake: We know what's needed to win title

Manchester City ace Nathan Ake appeared to be dismissive of a title rival this weekend.

The Dutchman added a bit of reality to Arsenal's title dreams in the Premier League.

City are a point behind the Gunners with one game in hand, as both teams won at the weekend.

After a win over Nottingham Forest, he stated: It's so close and yet so far away. But we know if we win the next four, we are champions again."

He added: For me, (playing after Arsenal again next weekend) doesn't matter really. It's in our hands, so we're not depending on what they do.

That's the difference from last year, when we were still depending on what they were doing. This season it's in our hands. We know if we win the next four we are champions. The only thing we have to do is focus on the next one."
