Argentinian midfielder Alejandro Faurlin has left QPR for Palermo on a loan deal until the end of the season. The Argentinian midfielder will spend the rest of the season with the Serie A club after starting just 10 Premier League games this term. Faurlin is the latest in a line of players to leave Loftus Road this month as Harry Redknapp overhauls his squad ahead of a relegation battle. Djibril Cisse and Anton Ferdinand are already out on loan, while Ryan Nelsen has left for the MLS and Keiron Dyer has been released. The Italian left-back, 22, had struggled to settle in Cumbria and returned home in December in an effort to secure a deal with a new club. "As far as we understand things he's still having trials, but we needed him to make a decision before the transfer window closed," Carlisle's managing director John Nixon said. "He hasn't settled over here so the best thing for all concerned was to allow him to leave and try to secure himself a deal over in Italy." Bugno arrived at Brunton Park in July and made four first-team appearances before losing his place in Greg Abbott's side. Becchio handed in a transfer request at Leeds last week after talks over a new deal for the Argentinian faltered. It is understood the 29-year-old, who has scored 19 goals for Leeds this season, successfully underwent a medical at the Norfolk club on Thursday morning and will sign for Chris Hughton's side on Thursday afternoon. The 19-year-old, signed from Salford City this week on a short-term deal, is one of five new arrivals to Bootham Crescent during the transfer window. But while Mills expects defenders Curtis Obeng and Jack O'Connell, plus strikers Ben Everson and David McDaid to have a more immediate impact on the first-team squad, Mills has been impressed by Ible's potential. "Jameel has signed until the end of the season," Mills said. "He's another young lad who's been on trial with us and with him I saw a lot of raw talent waiting to be developed. "We're hoping he grows up very quickly, but we're looking at him more to the future than this season." Meanwhile, striker Jamie Reed is poised to leave the Minstermen after a small fee has been agreed with Kidderminster. Reed had been unhappy in his 'super-sub' role for York, but Mills said the player had been more effective when stepping off the bench. "Jamie came in and has done his job. We've used him mainly off the bench, but that could be his strength. "He's changed games for us, but has not done as well when he's started. He's certainly caught the eye as a substitute and has played his full part over the last 12 months."
