Sir Alex Ferguson expects Robin van Persie to be fit for the trip to Norwich following a thigh injury but Wayne Rooney is doubtful after missing the midweek England match with an ankle problem. Ferguson says Javier Hernandez is 'picking himself at the moment' after keeping up his fine form against Aston Villa. Jonny Evans may sit out again with a groin injury, while Shinji Kagawa, Phil Jones and Nemanja Vidic (all knee) remain sidelined. Norwich will again be without defender Russell Martin (back) for Saturday's Premier League clash against Manchester United. Midfielder Alex Tettey pulled out of the Norway squad for their midweek friendly with Hungary with a minor back problem, but should be available. On-loan Tottenham striker Harry Kane continues his recovery from a broken metatarsal.
