PUMA evoSPEED 1 FG has a new standout look in red, with blue and white detail. It is the second boot to join the latest PUMA boot rollout, shortly after the latest PowerCat. Maintaining its classic characteristics of lightweight, flexible and maneuverable innovations, the evoSPEED 1 FG continues to be a great performance boot for the quickest players. Top international player and PUMA athlete, Manchester City’s Sergio Aguero explains, “As a striker, I need to be able to move quickly, and the evoSPEED really enables me to do so. I am able to change direction more promptly because of the lightness and flexible sole. The boot really impresses me, and so does the new colorway. PUMA creates all these different and unique designs, which is great because they help me stick out from others on the pitch.” The evoSPEED 1 FG is fitted with speedCELL that allows for the boot to have a mono-layer microfiber, which increases flexibility and reduces weight, while still allowing for the EverFit cage to create a snug midfoot strike. The combination of the Pebax outsole with the bladed and conical studs enhances stability for the heel, as well as absolute freedom during forefront rotation. The upper features an extremely thin 3D film that allows for superior ball grip, even in wet conditions. Catch the new red evoSPEED 1 FG on other international players like Manchester City’s Gael Clichy, FC Schalke’s Ibrahim Afellay and Everton’s Steven Pienaar, which can be seen now on pitch and in stores March 1st.
