Raul: I'm certain Bellingham will be a Real Madrid legend

Real Madrid legend Raul is full of praise for midfielder Jude Bellingham.

Bellingham proved the matchwinner against Barcelona last night.

Castilla coach Raul reflected at the Laureus Awards: "For me Jude Bellingham has been the player who has most impressed me for his youth. I was lucky to be at his press conference, he spoke like a veteran and as if he had been at Real Madrid for a long time.

"That has been passed on to everyone who works at the club from the beginning. It's hard to find such a player and he's earned the fans' love for things like his goal yesterday.

"He plays well, he runs for the team, he knows how to move into space, he knows how to head ... he does everything very well. Surely he will be one of the legends of Real Madrid for a long time and he will make all Madrid members enjoy."

He added: "I think comparisons in football are always wrong. Zidane is a legend and Jude has the abilities, the energy, the desire and the ambition to be a player who sets his own story."
