Lazio should have their first choice defence available for the clash with Inter this weekend, as Alessio Romagnoli and Patric are back in the squad.
It kicks off at the Stadio Olimpico on Sunday at 19.45 GMT.
Captain Romagnoli had been out of action with a calf strain since mid-November, which had also ruled him out of international duty with Italy.
He is finally back in training and could even be in the starting XI this weekend against the Serie A leaders.
So could Patric, who missed the last couple of matches after suffering from flu symptoms.
Nicolò Rovella was suspended for last night’s Champions League 2-0 defeat away to Atletico Madrid, so the only remaining player that Maurizio Sarri cannot call upon is injured Gustav Isaksen.
It remains to be seen whether Ciro Immobile or Taty Castellanos will get the nod upfront, but at least the Biancocelesti ought to have a full-strength defence in place for the first time in a month.
