Schar tells Newcastle chiefs: I want this journey to continue

Newcastle United defender Fabian Schar admits he wants to extend his stay.

Speaking with Blick, the Switzerland defender sees his future with the high-flying Magpies.

Schar said, Newcastle is my second home. Team, coach, club I feel very comfortable. I really enjoy it and I hope that this journey continues."

The defender admits he enjoys playing for manager Eddie Howe.
