Stoichkov: Can Barcelona beat Napoli?

Barcelona great Hristo Stoichkov is backing his old club to defeat Napoli tonight.

Barca host Napoli in the second-leg of their Champions League round 16 tie with the score locked at 1-1.

Stoichkov told Sky Italia: "The two teams are in difficulty at the moment, last year Napoli played in a fantastic way and won a championship in a wonderful way. Today they have changed coaches twice, they have brought in new players and in recent months they have struggled, but Napoli always fought on every pitch.

"Barcelona is struggling a lot also due to the many injuries to the most important players, above all Pedri and Gavi. They are young but very important. Bara, however, wants to win, I really liked the first half in Naples, they did very well. Then in the second half Napoli came out on top, but I think that Xavi will make some changes precisely in this sense. Bara, however, will play as always with particular attention, because Napoli have Osimhen and Kvaratskhelia who can break the balance at any moment.

"I think Barcelona will win, in these important matches the Blaugrana play more offensively. I think they will start strong to score early and then manage the match."
