Torres spending time with Klopp at Liverpool training

Liverpool hero Fernando Torres is still hanging around the club and looking for pointers.

Torres is now a coach at Atletico Madrid, where he works with the Spanish club's Under-19s team.

The ex-Reds striker, who played in a charity match for the club recently, was shadowing manager Jurgen Klopp and assistant Pepijn Lijnders.

Torres is happy to take on any advice that he receives as he looks to pursue his own managerial career.

He will have seen how quickly his former teammate Xabi Alonso has risen in the ranks of coaches in Europe.

Alonso has shown with Bayer Leverkusen this season and is on the verge of winning the Bundesliga title.
