Tottenham have ‘started negotiations’ to sign €37m attacker, keen on his teammate as well

Tottenham Hotspur wanted to sign Antonio Nusa during the January window but they failed to get the deal done. The North London club retain their interest in him and are now plotting a double raid on Club Brugge.

According to Voetbalkrant via SportWitness, Spurs want to sign Nusa along with his teammate Andreas Skov Olsen.

While Ange Postecoglou has had a great start to life at Tottenham, he wants to make sure they keep moving forward. As a result, the Australian is keen on attacking reinforcements.

The idea is to have more depth in the wide areas to ensure Son Heung-min and Richarlison have enough support and Postecoglou has the option to use them up top when needed.

Tottenham are long-term admirers of Antonio Nusa

Spurs wanted to sign Nusa in the winter but Brentford managed to overtake them in the race. However, the Bees couldn’t get the deal over the line. Spurs remain interested in him and have now reignited their interest. They have ‘started negotiations’ with the Belgian club.

Club Brugge wanted €37 million for the 18-year-old winger and they continue to name the same price. Spurs are not keen on paying that kind of money and are looking to find a middle ground.

While the negotiations for the teenager goes on, Postecoglou is also interested in having Andreas Skov Olsen in his ranks. He is plotting a double raid on the Belgian club.

The North London club have been monitoring the 24-year-old since his days in Italy. And, they are now looking to push for his signature along with Nusa. Tottenham will have to fork out a fee of around €50 million if they want to strike a deal for the two attackers this summer.
