Trabzonspor have confirmed that Fulham striker Dimitar Berbatov is on their 'agenda'. Club president Ibrahim Haciosmanoglu has revealed that the Fulham striker is on their winter transfer list and, thanks to extra investment from businessman Ali Agaoglu, they are looking to make a big splash in the market. Speaking to Turkish newspaper Hurriyet, Haciosmanoglu is quoted as saying: "Bulgarian striker Dimitar Berbatov has been on our agenda. "We want better and better quality and are endeavoring to add that to our squad. "We are pleased with our team, but there are weaknesses and we will supplement with whatever we need to do. "We have the names of a few players, but I do not want to reveal them. "Businessman Ali Agaoglu has promised us a star." Agaoglu admitted that the club's fans were mentioning a number of names to him including Berbatov and Tottenham 's Emmanuel Adebayor. "Fans are constantly stopping me and asking me about foreign names 'Adebayor, Berbatov' they keeping saying. "But I will not be getting them, I will just be sponsoring it." As well as Berbatov and Adebayor, Guillaume Hoarau, Asamoah Gyan and Bafetimbi Gomis have also been linked with the Trabzon outfit.
