Exactly one week ago, Cristiano Ronaldo dealt Manchester City fans a devastating blow when his 90th minute goal completed a Real Madrid comeback, giving them the 3-2 UEFA Champions League Group Stage victory over Man City. However, that wasn’t the only painful blow inflicted on the City fans that day, as dozens of supporters who made the trip to the Estadio Santiago Bernabéu in Madrid were greeted with the batons of several Spanish police officers.

According to YouTuber David Dubas-Fisher, who captured the entire incident on tape, the City fans were merely drinking and singing prior to the highly anticipated match when they were suddenly attacked “without reason or provocation.”

Guess that cops in Europe are just as harsh as the ones here.   Nicely done guys.
