Barcelona forward Vitor Roque has had very little game time since arriving this January, after the Blaugrana spent €30m plus €31m in variables on the 19-year-old. Xavi Hernandez is believed to be of the opinion that Roque should leave on loan, but agent Andre Cury declared this not an option. It looks as if he will be on his way out one way or another though.

As per SER Catalunya, and carried by Diario AS, the decision has been taken for Roque to leave Barcelona this summer, be it on loan or via transfer. Sporting Director Deco, who put his transfer together, and moved the deal forward to January from this summer, has agreed with Xavi that the 19-year-old should head elsewhere.

Cury had told the Catalan press in recent weeks that Roque would not be leaving on loan, and that he would either be remaining at Barcelona and playing more, or leaving on a permanent deal. That leaves his future in some doubt.
