Christian Pulisic’s Chelsea future is as uncertain as it’s ever been, and while his time with the US international team is usually a respite for him, his press conference last night saw him looking glum.

He had to field a lot of questions about his club form and fitness, and while he usually deals with an endless slew of questions about Chelsea with a smile, this time he talked about a “year of ups and downs” and looked pretty unhappy.

It really feels like we might be coming to the endgame now.
