West Ham bid today for Juventus midfielder Zakaria

West Ham United are set to bid for Juventus midfielder Denis Zakaria.

The Switzerland international spent the second-half of last season on-loan at Chelsea and is now set to return to London this summer.

Sky Italia says West Ham will make an offer today for Zakaria.

The Hammers intend to bid 18m for Zakaria as they seek to rebuild their midfield as Declan Rice leaves for Arsenal.

For their part, Juve rate Zakaria at 25m, with both clubs now set to enter negotiations.
