AC Milan Primavera’s Kevin Zeroli spoke to the media after the 1-1 draw against Inter earlier today. The captain admitted that they wanted more from the game, especially given the chances created, and also stated the takes inspiration from Ruben Loftus-Cheek.

Ignazio Abate’s boys conceded the opening goal just three minutes into the game and thus had to regroup quickly. Fortunately, before the first half was over, Francesco Camarda found the back of the net with a good strike.

Despite several good chances created in the second half, the scores remained 1-1 as the referee blew the whistle for full-time. Speaking to MilanNews after the game, Zeroli shared his thoughts on the result and his position on the pitch.

On the attacking midfielder position…

“I feel good about it, I like to move between the lines. I’m inspired by Loftus-Cheek, he’s a player I really like. I feel good in this role.”

On the Youth League…

“We will arrive recharged and we will prepare in the best possible way. I’m happy to be back, even if I wasn’t sidelined for a long time. We aim to get even further than last year.”

On Camarda…

“He has grown mentally and physically, he has changed a lot.”

Zeroli made his official debut for the first team earlier this season, coming off the bench in the 1-0 win against Sassuolo in December. Milan believe in his qualities a lot and it might be time for a loan move to get consistent playing time on a higher level than the Primavera.
