Michael Phelps wasn’t going to remain single for long. Coming off his most recent relationship with Megan Rosse that reportedly ended in late 2012, the Super Olympian is once again a kept man, as the word is out that he presently is dating bombshell model Sarah Herndon.
The news that the two are an item and getting hot and heavy was let out of the bag by Miss Herndon herself in a very revealing interview (video above). And hopefully Michael Phelps is cool with her relaying the information, because she doesn’t hold much back. Given that one does not expect to hear much about the love lives of celebrities and that most of them prefer to keep their private lives private, the fact that Herndon reveals some very juicy, very personal details about the couple’s burgeoning love affair in the interview is indeed surprising.
The 22-year-old waitress-model says she met Phelps just before Christmas while vacationing with her family in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. She and her three sisters were hand-picked by workers at a club the four were at and asked to join Phelps at his table. Sarah tells the Daily Mail that “Me and all my sisters were dancing on the bar. A worker came up to us and wanted us to go and hang out at his table, he said “Michael Phelps is coming, I want you there.”
About that first night, Herndon says, ”We danced but we were just more talking. There was definitely an attraction but nothing really happened that night. We both talked about how we were both recently single. He didn’t say a lot. He just said it didn’t work out (with Megan), it didn’t sound too fun, I think that’s just what happens when you break up with people.”
How do you like that, huh? Must be real tough to be Michael Phelps, right? Not that it’s probably difficult generally for him to pick up women, but club employees also are scoping out gals and handpicking a group of them that are dancing on the bar and ordering them to sit down at his table. It’s like shooting fish in a barrel.
Speaking of fishing, in early January after his initial courtship of Herndon, Phelps reportedly escorted her on a five-day stay in the Bahamas, where the couple fished, snorkeled and enjoyed the scenery and obviously, each other’s company.

Correct brother, She's sounds as if she's reading cue cards.
How'd you let a model get away? I have one who was a modeled blue jeans and all sorts of makeup. Kept her, married her and never regretted a day. Though she's not going to be happy knowing I said kept.
