Usain Bolt will run the 100 meters at the Golden Spike meet in Ostrava that is part of the new IAAF World Challenge series. It will be the Olympic champion's sixth time at the event, which is scheduled for May 25. ''I am delighted to return to Ostrava,'' Bolt said in a statement Thursday. ''The Golden Spike meeting always has a full house and the fans are so full of energy - every year they push me to good performances. It is a good track and nice stadium where the fans are close to the action.'' The Golden Spike will be his first meet of 2012 in Europe. Bolt already has committed to running the 100 at a couple of European meets this year. He will compete in Rome on May 31, and at another Diamond League meet in Oslo on June 7 before returning to Jamaica for the national trials ahead of the London Olympics.
