San Antonio Silver Stars guard Becky Hammon has torn the anterior cruciate ligament in her left knee. Hammon, 36, is likely out for the season after appearing in just one game this season. Hammon went down in the second quarter and had to be carried off the court. Last season Hammon was second in the WNBA in assists with 176 and 3-pointers with 80. Hammon is a two-time Olympian with Russia.
