- We're looking for reports on these weekend shows:
We're looking for results, finishes, angles and other highlights to dave@wrestlingobserver.com
- Saturday is a major night when it comes to fighting. AEW Collision with MJF & Adam Cole vs. FTR goes head-to-head with the UFC prelims, which air on both ESPN and ABC. They would almost surely beat AEW out in the ratings. There are also two PPV shows head-to-head, with the Erroll Spence Jr. vs. Terrence Crawford PPV and the UFC PPV headlined by Justin Gaethje vs. Dustin Poirier. The PPVs go head-to-head but the main fights will start after Collision ends. However, Showtime is also airing Bellator from the Saitama Super Arena in Japan starting at 11 p.m. Eastern, so that show will go head-to-head with both the major fights on the UFC PPV show and Crawford vs. Spence.
- UFC weigh-ins for tomorrow's PPV show from Salt Lake City:
ESPN+ at 6:30 p.m. Eastern time
ESPN and ABC and ESPN+ at 8 p.m Eastern
PPV at 10 p.m.
- G-1 at Dolphins Arena in Nagoya starts at 3 a.m. Sunday morning and midnight Saturday night Pacific time.
- UFC has signed a brand partnership agreement with Roobet.fun, a free-to-play social casino where the community competes for cash and prizes. It's a multi-year agreement where UFC will promote Roobet.fun as the Official Social Casino of the UFC on various events each year. They will also promote sweepstakes packages featuring in-person prizes, tickets to live vents, post-fight tours, meet and greets and VIP tours of the Performance Institute in Las Vegas.
