Nick Aldis is returning to the promotion that first made him a global wrestling star to defend the honor of IMPACT Wrestling against the Rogues of Honor, Honor No More at IMPACT Slammiversary 2022.

Nick Aldis first joined the promotion as Brutus Magnus in the late 2000s. At first, he was a singles competitor whose character was based on Nick’s tenure as one of the British Gladiators during the reprise of that series in the UK. Later, Nick would be paired with Doug Williams and Rob Terry, dropping the first half of his pseudonym and going by Magnus for the rest of his time in IMPACT.

Throughout his career, he would have many opportunities including becoming a member of the reprised Main Event Mafia, defeating Sting at Bound for Glory, and eventually becoming TNA Wrestling World Heavyweight Champion in 2013. Now, he is returning to the promotion to defend its honor alongside other IMPACT Originals against Honor No More at Slammiversary 2022. although Nick is one of the surprise tag team partners joining the team to defend IMPACT, the team has one mystery partner yet to be named.
