Nyla Rose: My Brain Is Wired To Find The Humor In Anything

Nyla Rose is one of the funniest wrestlers on social media, but that doesn’t always translate to her work in the ring.

All Elite Wrestling‘s Nyla Rose was a recent guest on XeniaDidThat. When asked how she balances her comedic side with being a powerhouse in the ring, Rose said it comes down to not taking herself too seriously.

“I don’t know, it’s a further extension of myself,” Nyla Rose admitted. “I don’t take myself seriously about very much anything, even in my personal life. Life is too short. I just like to enjoy myself. I do think a part of that stems from me kind of doing things backwards, right?

“Whereas most wrestlers, they come up, they wrestle, they enter the entertainment history that way. And then they go off and do acting. I came up, I did acting. And then I came over to the pro wrestling side of things.

“And while I’ve done everything; I did dramas, comedies, all that everything in between, comedy was at the forefront. I was a comedian; I was a comedic actress before anything else. So I guess my brain is wired to find the humor in anything.”
